A single-vehicle accident on E4. The car hit the middle barrier of cable type and damaged about 40 poles. The incident caused a long queue because of heavy weekend traffic bound for Stockholm. The video shows that there is no code in Sweden to manage the situation but the behavior is rather non-structured.
